  Our room was well equipped and roomy. Clean and tidy. Perhaps the furnishings were a little dated but for me the key is it not being tired which it wasn’t. And there was a daily maid service too. The room had its own balcony with fantastic views (I have attached photos).

  Overall for the price we paid we were very happy with the place. If you want a nice chilled place with great staff and spa facilities then you can’t go far wrong.

  The hotel it’s self is much the same as the room. Very clean and well presented with very friendly staff that were happy to help.

  Hotel is not 4* - very basic rooms, needs updating. Kitchen old, no kettle provided - did not see the point of a kitchen with no kettle. No air conditioning. Drab interior / exterior. Could not use the indoor pool, part of the spa facility. Breakfast good, lunch OK, dinner poor. Drinks where horrendous in the all inclusive package. Would not recommend this hotel

  Where the hotel stands out though is the spa facilities which are fantastic and very well priced and up to date.

  The location of the hotel is great if you’re after a quiet getaway. However, if you’re after some activities then I recommend hiring a car as most places are too far for a taxi.

  Excellent facilities and friendly staff. Rooms were bug and clean and views amazing. Great stay for the whole family.

  If you pick the correct apartment you get great views. It is in a quite area but only a short inexpensive taxi ride away from nightlife should you want it. The gym is well equipped and there are several pools. The staff are very polite and helpful. You get the best of having a self contained apartment and a hotel in one. I would reccomend. Be careful if you ask the staff to order you a taxi. If they send one of the beat up old Mercedes get a quote first. I refused to pay all of the first fare, taxi man said he would call the police, I showed him our journey on google maps and he said, ahh, gratis. Its always the few that spoil it for the many. Whilst I have been complimentary I would not stay here again. As loverly as this place is the Air Conditioning is dreadful. If you dont care for air con then book, if like me air con is a must then look elsewhere.

  Very clean and great views! Staff are friendly and very professional. They upgraded our Junior Suite room with no views to a Junior Suite with fabulous views to Mount Teide because they were full. The hotel is very well located.

  We only opted for the breakfast as we like to venture away from the hotel to find nice places to eat which we did very easily. The breakfast buffet was ok with plenty to choose from but after a few days we were starting to get disappointed with the quality of food. However, I never really go to hotels expecting a extremely high standard so I wasn’t totally disappointed.
